To register, please mail, email, or provide us with a completed registration form and a non-refundable registration fee of $70. A paid registration fee will hold your child’s place in our preschool. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis. You can register your child at any point in the school year, as long as a spot is available.

Registration forms

NOTE: You child must be at least 4 years old by Sept. 30 to participate in the 4-year old class and at least 3 years old by Sept. 30 to participate in the 3-year old class.

Tuition

Monthly tuition fees are due by the 15th of each month.

Tuition rates:
3-Year Old Program = $140/month
4-Year Old Program, 3 days a week = $235/month
4-Year Old Program, 4 days a week = $325/month

Medical Requirements

A completed Virginia School Entrance Health Form is required for your child by the first day of school. Please ensure that the form is signed by your child’s physician and includes a record of immunizations, along with any other pertinent medical information. Forms provided by your child’s physician are also acceptable.

orientation

Orientation is required for first-time families. Your first newsletter will be mailed out in August to inform you about the orientation meeting to be held the Tuesday evening after Labor Day. During orientation, you can visit your child’s classroom, meet the teachers, and drop off supplies (included in the newsletter based on need). You will learn about pick-up and drop-off procedures, tuition schedule and payment options, field trip information, snow day and illness procedures, and medication policies.
